SignalGrid needed an MVP that investors, pilot customers, and internal stakeholders could trust. We worked closely with the founding team to simplify the first release, establish a clear user flow, and create an application structure that would not need to be rebuilt as traction increased.
The project balanced urgency with long term thinking, giving the startup a launch-ready product foundation and a clearer roadmap for future iterations.
