Information we collect

Contact and support forms collect only the details needed to receive and respond to a request. The newsletter form currently records interest; it does not create a mailing-list subscription.

• Name, email address, and message supplied through contact or support forms.
• Email address supplied through the update-interest form.
• Basic request metadata used for abuse prevention, delivery status, and operational troubleshooting.

How information is used and retained

Submitted information is used to respond to requests, route notifications, prevent abuse, and diagnose failed delivery. Form records are retained for up to 90 days by the current application policy and then removed by a scheduled retention task.

• Access should be limited to people responsible for handling requests.
• Form data is not sold.
• Newsletter interest is not treated as marketing consent.

Analytics and external services

Analytics run only when the related environment configuration is enabled. The contact page also embeds a Google map, which may cause Google to receive technical request information when that frame loads. The displayed map is demonstration content and is not a verified office location.

You may ask what form information is associated with your email address or request correction or deletion by contacting [email protected]. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
